you know it's 5am in the morning and i haven't slept in two days... damn insomnia. but none the less it gave the opportunity to polish off the getbackers series that a friend recomended. usually i don't stick around for a series that goes for more than about 26-30 eps.... 49 in this case, but this one intrigued me.

NE way to the point... I figured i'd pose the question to anyone who might know the answer but was the 49 really the end of this? cuz i can't see that this is the end. in other words are there going to be future seasons or am i going to have to get some manga to find out some of the loose ends of the conclusion? well that's it then...

btw... dr jackal is COOL

I love Chibi Ginji whenever he is alone with Dr Jackal. As for the ending, I have no clue if more is in the works, though I sincerely hope so. If they did, would probably deal with going into past the Belt Line (or was the Archive in Babylon City... in which case that makes them going further than Kazuki did on his own). It seems a logical ending with enough unanswered questions to make sequels/etc of the series possible but not tease the audience...

Get Backers should be continued around October 2004. The new characters are suppose to make the bad guys (and good guys) of right now, look like kittens. I havn't heard much else about it though.

A Getbackers sequel?

Well, I hope they do a better job with animating the manga arcs this time. If they're going to mess around with the characters and storylines, then I'll stick to the manga.

*still has nightmares over the horribly mangled Venus de Milo arc*
