already watched it from another group.it was a good episode and when it showed the scenes for episode 4 Chrno turns into an adult demon and he looks cool! HUZZAH!!!!

Just wondering, since no one has mentioned it yet... am i the only one who thought Azmaria's voice was kinda... bad?

Her voice didn't bother me much, but if you listen closely, the seiyuu for Azmaria is also the lady singing the ending theme

Well, episode 3 was great. Not as great as episodes 1 and 2 but great nontheless. It just didn't seem as tightly woven as the first two episodes... Although, this was more of a setup episode for future events, so I suppose it's ok. If there's anything I dislike it's not even the episode itself, but the episode preview. Sure, we knew how the cliffhanger would turn out, but come on...they didn't need to spoil the appearance of uber-Chrno.

Really though, even if the rest of the series stays on par with this episode it could very easily move into my top 10 with it's kick butt characters and all.

And on the topic of the fanservice, the first half of the episode definitely should appeal to the male fans. Well, it did to me anyway... I think my Rosette-fanboy-ometer has raised yet another level.

yeah, ep 3 was pretty nice! and yeah, the preview kinda ruined it for me, i've never seen the manga so I had no idea what supersaiyan chrno looked like. but now i do, poop.

And when Rosette isn't wearing those long john underpants thingies, holy crap, fanservice! And honestly, what kind of nun shakes and flaunts her booty like that, lol?! She must have missed the classes that preach propriety and reservedness.

ya know Oily...your so right. I was trying to think of who she reminded me of and despite me being a huge Evangelion fan I completely over looked Asuka. Rosette was really hot in the casino scene and theatre scene, though I could never see any of the nuns from when i went to church shaking their butt like that and everyone not wanting to vomit.

I'm sure Chrno has a wild past (I haven't read the manga), so that would make him more in common with Rosette, I'd think. And I don't think Rosette was "wild" in the past, she just seems awful free spirited.

hmmmm, your probably right about chrno. If he spent more time in his true form the demon ladies would be all up ons. I'd say Rosette has a wild past cause I don't see her (or almost anyone i guess) just joining a convent without doin' something a lil' wild, espically with a caboose like that.

As for the Chrno blushing thing, he's obviously that way for comedic purposes, nothing more, hehe.

Chrno and Rosette are still in their teens and they looked pretty young when they met. I suspect that soon after that they were recruited and that Rosette never really thought about whether or not she wanted to be a nun . It was just sort of a part of her life with Chrno as a demon hunter, not something she decided to do (she's still I novice I think, so she hasn't taken her vows). Therefore, I really can't think of her as a nun and her behavior seems well within the bounds of a 16 year old girl.

Rosette my look and actually be in her teens.
She does act the part, so no problem there.

Chrno on the other hand is a demon.
He might look young, especially in his bound form.
That does not really give us any info on how old he really is.
He does seem to act a bit more mature then Rosette.
I suspect that he is far older then he appears.

After seeing the demon form of Chrno... i think he's pretty older than Rossette.

And also... Chrno as his demon form... its hard for me to imagine him (when human form Chrno) blushing and stuff... O.o
