...The first time I saw Dio I thought he was a female named Cyhirae. Even when Luciora called him "Dio-sama", I thought that was his second name or something. It's the first time I've been surprised by an emale for a while Thanks for that too, because genderbending is always fun, and my Bishounen-Male-Detection has been getting sharper lately, so I've been missing out...in short, thanks for being such an obsessive fangirl that you convinced me that Dio was female before I saw a single episode of Last EXILE.

I'm watching "Last Exile", so until i'm done with that, FOR is definitely the favorite series so far.

Oh.. there should be; "What's the worst AF-F series?" No idea where's the logic in that, but it's just my suggestion (like it matters).

Divergence Eve came in a close second to last exile, even though it I am still kinda confused by it. Than at my age I am easily confused.

I've seen 105 episodes of Inuyasha and Last Exile is better. Inuaysha used to be very good when there was no Naraku in the picture but now its all about NARAKU and Kagome always saying I SENSE A SHIKON SHARD for the love of god change her line already Its just getting to dam* repetitive. KKKKKKAAAAZZZZZEEEEEE NOOOOOOOO KKKKKIIIIZZZZZZZUUU!!! i BET u that Inuyasha will go up to like 200 episodes or probably even 3 or 4 hundred. At least the IY movies are O.k. since they put some thought into it. I bet u if they beat Naraku it'll be like WWWWWHHHHATTTTTTT NARAKU HAD A BROTHER, THEN COMES THAT FREAKIN MUSIC WHEN SOMETHING SUSPICIOUS IS GOING ON.

Last Exile is probably my favorite series right now since that series is just so well thought out, animated, and written. It just has all the elements of a truly great story. Inuyasha does get a little old some times but I still love the feudal age story, animation, and voice acting. I think the direction that Inuyash took when mostly pursuing Naraku was a great idea, but I do think it's about time that they finally finish off Naraku and find some other angle to follow.

Last Exile is strong. It motivated me to IRC ... and also to register for the forums just so I could vote for it. I haven't watched a series with this kind of deep atmosphere in such a long time. Last Exile is like elite anime.

I've seen all the Inu Yasha episodes when it ended at episode 35 (?) in the US, so went on to Kazaa and waded through all the downloads, which eventually lead me to FgF and BT downloading to here! And here is where I found Last Exile which I checked out.

First Episode was good, so I got second one. When the order was given for all ships to commit suicide on the enemy, and the one guy was trying to belittle Claus and Lavi while they were trying to read the letter, Lavi screemed out over the Ship's PA system, "Hey! Did YOU ever go to bed hungry? The Knighthood is .... BULLSHIT!" I was cheering and have been a Lavi fan ever since! I just love her char! There was a cliffhanger in Ep 12 and I had to watch the rest up to 23. Great Series!! Glad I found this site to DL it from! Thanks AF!!

Since then, this series has inched ahead of Inu Yasha for me, even my all time favorite classic: Robotech/Macross series!

They are all good, LE is just such a Unique, Original series! The World and everything about it is of a class of its own. So many Animes have the same general format, but LE is different from any that I've seen! That's what made it #1 for me!

Last exile and inu yasha are great... hell i have over 30 cds of inu yasha uGH! and i would probably buy some of the dvds when they finaly get done... (particularily the movies) but last exile is excellent... definatly among my top five animes that ive watched... getting very close to a high second!

I'm with you. Big fluffy fan here, and I adore the Inuyasha series!

Seriously, though, I don't know how I'll ever watch another anime after LE. Can anything compare? Gilgamesh is nice, but it doesn't have Dio, Claus, and Lavi, so it loses some points

Last Exile is the next aniem on my "buy" list. Well, that or the next season of transformers Gen1... Fortunately I can very high-quality boxset bootlegs for only $25!!!! I've said it before, adn I say it again... screw paying pioneer $10 an episode.
